How Our Pricing Works

Product price: A fair, transparent price for the item itself—never inflated to “hide” delivery fees.

Shipping: A pass-through cost based on carrier rates, destination, and delivery method. You’ll review and approve the exact amount before any payment is processed.

Taxes & duties (where applicable): Shown clearly at checkout or on your invoice.

Accessories & tariffs: When accessories ship with a sauna, applicable tariffs are included. Additional fees apply only to stand-alone accessory shipments.

What You’ll See Before You Pay

  • Clear quote: We provide the product total and a separate shipping line with the carrier-calculated amount.
  • Lead time confirmation: We confirm current build and delivery timelines up front.
  • Your approval: You review and approve the full breakdown before we process your payment.

Supplier Delivery Notes

  • Leisurecraft: Curbside freight delivery to the end of your driveway or nearest safe unloading area.
  • Golden Designs Inc.: Driveway-level freight delivery only. White-glove or in-home placement services are not available for GDI products.

Why We Don’t Bundle Shipping Into Prices

Shipping costs vary by location, carrier, and service level (e.g., residential delivery, liftgate service). Bundling those variables into the product price would overcharge many customers. Keeping shipping separate protects your budget and keeps pricing fair for everyone.
