Return & Refund Policy | Your Backyard Oasis

At Your Backyard Oasis, we partner with several premium wellness and outdoor-living brands. Because each supplier has its own policies, return eligibility and procedures may vary depending on the product purchased.

Supplier-Specific Policies:

1. General Return Policy

Some products may be eligible for return or exchange. Eligibility is determined by the supplier’s terms.

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Custom-built or made-to-order items
  • Opened or used wellness equipment (e.g., saunas, cold plunges)
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Products from suppliers that do not accept returns (see supplier policy links above)

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include photos of the damage and packaging.
  • We will coordinate with the supplier to repair, replace, or refund per their policy.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account.
  • Original shipping charges may not be refundable.
  • Restocking fees may apply based on the supplier’s terms.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund. If the order has already shipped, it may be subject to return restrictions or fees.
