How much is shipping?
Shipping is not included in product prices — but you’ll always receive your exact cost for approval before payment is processed. See our Transparency in Pricing page for details on shipping, returns, and tariffs.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most Leisurecraft products are made-to-order. Please contact us for the current build time and an estimated delivery window before ordering.
Golden Designs Inc. products are typically in stock and ship within a few business days. Availability may vary depending on demand. Contact us to confirm current inventory status before placing your order.
Returns & Warranty
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Our Return & Refund Policy explains eligibility and procedures. Some suppliers, such as Leisurecraft, are final sale. Golden Designs Inc. allows returns within 30 days of delivery if the product is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging. Restocking and freight fees apply. What if something arrives damaged?

Can I buy a sauna heater separately?
Sauna heaters are available only as part of a sauna purchase. If you need a stand-alone heater, contact us for compatibility and pricing.
